Jenn is an Associate Financial Representative of Northwestern Mutual and has been a part of our team since 2001. She currently works with us in the areas of new insurance business coordination and policy owner services and holds her Life, Accident and Health Insurance license. She has most recently earned the Certified in Long-Term Care designation.

Jenn lives in Freeport, New York with her husband Pete and their two daughters, Harley and Kendall.

Rita has been an integral part of the team since 2006. As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company, Rita is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC, holding Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. In her role as Senior Director of Operations, Rita oversees internal controls, risk management, and all operational aspects of Pioneer Financial, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Rita's leadership extends beyond her operational responsibilities; she is an original member of the Pioneer Financial Leadership Team, established in 2018. This select group consists of individuals recognized for their leadership in client-facing roles and as mentors for their colleagues. The Leadership Team advises and collaborates with ownership on all matters related to internal policies, client service, and talent development.

Rita earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hunter College in 2008. Outside of work, Rita loves to travel, she is fluent in Russian, and currently resides in Merrick, NY, with her husband Dmitriy and their two children, Chloe and James.

Kenneth joined Pioneer Financial in 2016 but began his financial services career in 2006.  Kenneth is an Associate Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company.  He is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC.  He maintains the securities Series 7 and 63 registrations and the Life, Accident, & Health license.  His responsibilities include a wide range of investment operations activities from client onboarding to trade reconciliation. 

Kenneth graduated Cum Laude from St. John's University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.  Kenneth is a born and bred New Yorker who resides on Long Island.

Andrew joined Pioneer Financial in 2021 as an Investment Operations Associate. He is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC maintaining securities Series 7 and 66 registrations and his Life, Accident, & Health Insurance license. His responsibilities include investment operations activities such as account maintenance, client onboarding, and trade reconciliation.

Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andrew now resides in Manhattan.

Jonathan began his career as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2021. He was responsible for helping Financial Advisors increase their Net Assets Acquired while adopting new modern wealth management strategies. Jonathan joined Pioneer in December of 2023 as an Investment Operations Associate. He is a Registered Representative of Northwestern Mutual Investment Service, LLC maintaining securities Series 7, 63, and 66 registrations.

Jonathan grew up in Danbury, Connecticut. He graduated Dean's List from Siena College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2020, and a Masters in Business Administration in 2021. Jonathan now resides in Lower Manhattan and his interests include, staying active, exploring the city with friends, and spending time with his family in Connecticut.

La Verne is a Director of Operations and Client Services for John Parisi, and her main pursuit is to ensure that clients’ needs are exceeded by delivering an experience that is of high worth to each client.
